All MOBE staff are full-time employees who undergo training to understand and be aware of a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds.

You can talk with your MOBE Guide on scheduled phone calls that last 30 minutes. Calls with your MOBE Pharmacist last 45–60 minutes. You can also chat with them in the MOBE app anytime.

No. MOBE Pharmacists do not diagnose health problems or prescribe medication. They’ll review your medications and collaborate with your providers if you like. 

With your permission, MOBE Guides and Pharmacists are happy to partner with your providers. They can share suggestions and insights to help you build a personalized action plan. What you learn with MOBE might even help you have better visits with your provider.
