Don't overthink it. Just have a list of your prescriptions, over-the-counter meds, and supplements handy. Remember to include lotions, eye drops, or inhalers. If you don’t have a list, grab the bottles so you can share details like the medicine name, dose, when you take them, why you use them, and when you started.
